Store In-charge

Healthline Medical Group is a leading provider of outpatient healthcare services in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a Store In-Charge manage inventory and store operations for our Medical Center and Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring the timely availability of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, monitoring stock levels, and complying with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Job Responsibilities

✅ Inventory & Stock Control

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical store and pharmacy inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage of medicines and medical supplies in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with the procurement department for timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
• Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and ensure timely removal of expired or near-expiry items.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, nursing, laboratory, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
• Maintain proper documentation for goods received, issued, returned, and transferred.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

✅ Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with UAE’s Department of Health (DoH)
• Handle procurement and stock tracking in compliance with UAE laws.

✅ Reporting & System Management

• Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and generate reports.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and advise on cost-saving procurement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store In-Charge, preferably in a healthcare facility, hospital, medical center, or pharmacy.
• Knowledge of medical inventory, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare consumables.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Good understanding of stock control procedures and documentation.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
