Role Description

As a Tamheer Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the hospital's talent acquisition strategy. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jiddah. Responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruitment, developing and maintaining employer branding initiatives, conducting candidate interviews, and working collaboratively with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a world-class healthcare workforce.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruitment processes
• Experience with Hiring and Interviewing strategies
• Ability to contribute to Employer Branding initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and key stakeholders
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards is a plus
• Eligibility to participate in the Tamheer program under Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF)
