Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Mandatory to have healthcare experience. Ophthalmology background will be an advantage.
- Supervise and support call center agents to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage call center operations, including call routing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare MIS reports, analyze data.
- Collect regular feedbacks from the patients.
- Handle escalated calls and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to streamline communication processes.
- Monitor call center metrics and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Perform all related duties as assigned by Reporting Manager.
