About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader – Telecom to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising field operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of telecom technicians and field executives.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily telecom operations and project activities.
• Ensure timely completion of installation, maintenance, and service tasks.
• Provide on-site guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Track performance metrics and report to management.
• Maintain strong communication between clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a telecom supervisory or team leader role.
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage field operations effectively.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
