Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Relations Executive/TeleSales at Sidra Healthcare in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Relations Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with patients, addressing their concerns, coordinating care services, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other healthcare management software.
• Basic medical knowledge to effectively communicate with patients.
• Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred - Tagalog/Arabic
