Telesales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a professional and results-driven Telesales Representative with excellent English communication skills to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential patients, promoting our services and treatment packages, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential and existing clients via phone calls
• Present, promote, and sell services with confidence and clarity
• Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads in a timely and strategic manner
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities

Requirements

• Excellent command of English (spoken ) is mandatory
• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills
• Target-driven with a positive and proactive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
