Telesales Specialist

About Endocare : Leading metabolic health and weight management clinic in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, specializing in GLP-1 treatments combined with lifestyle coaching.
The Role: Convert leads into booked first appointments through calls and WhatsApp messages. You'll manage 150-200 weekly leads. Primary working days are Sunday and Monday. However, it is expected that you keep following up with these leads throughout the week.
What We're Looking For
• English and Arabic speaker (fluent)
• Proven sales track record
• Self-motivated and organized - this is a virtual, independent role
• UAE-based
• Fully available to work Sundays and Mondays. Available for follow-ups with interested leads on other days
• Healthcare sales/customer experience or experience with GLP-1/weight management programs is a plus
