Location: Al Taj Medical Examination Centre, Sharjah City Centre

Job Summary

Al Taj Medical Examination Centre is seeking a skilled Typist to support our visa medical service operations. The ideal candidate will accurately prepare and process client documentation, ensuring fast, reliable, and compliant service. Candidates with prior experience in EHS (Emirates Health Services) systems or other government-affiliated typing centres will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and edit client data accurately into EHS, MOH, and other government portals.
• Prepare visa medical forms, applications, and related documentation for clients.
• Verify uploaded documents and ensure all information complies with government requirements.
• Coordinate with reception and medical staff to confirm client records are complete before submission.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support in maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with clients to clarify document or data issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of typing or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or government service setting.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy in both English and Arabic (advantageous).
• Familiarity with EHS, MOH, or other UAE government-related platforms is preferred.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organisational skills.
• Diplomatic and client-oriented communication style.
