Key Responsibilities
Plan and Execute Video Projects
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messages.
Develop concepts, storyboards, and shooting plans aligned with marketing campaigns.
Shoot High-Quality Video Content
Operate video cameras, drones, gimbals, and other production equipment to capture engaging footage for digital platforms, TV, and social media.
Ensure proper lighting, composition, and sound during shoots.
Edit and Produce Final Videos
Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Add graphics, subtitles, animations, music, and sound effects as needed.
Ensure final videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Manage Video Assets
Organize and maintain an archive of all video footage and project files.
Keep backups and ensure files are properly named and stored for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with Internal and External Teams
Work closely with graphic designers, social media specialists, photographers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive content.
Coordinate with external vendors, models, or production houses when needed.
Stay Updated on Trends
Keep up with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, equipment, and social media formats.
Recommend innovative ideas to enhance the company’s video content and engagement.
Support Live Coverage
Provide video coverage for live events, product launches, client shoots, and corporate functions.
Set up and manage live streaming when required.
Ensure Compliance
Obtain necessary filming permissions when shooting in public or sensitive locations.
Ensure all video content respects local cultural sensitivities and legal requirements in Qatar.
Contribute to Creative Brainstorming
Actively participate in team meetings to pitch creative concepts and contribute ideas for campaigns.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Proficiency in video editing software.
Creative storytelling skills.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work outside normal hours if shoots require.
Understanding of the local culture and market trends is an advantage.
