Essential Job Functions and Key Accountabilities:

Videography and Editing

  • Capture high-quality footage of hospital activities, including events, patient stories, staff interviews, and outreach programs.
  • Edit videos for multiple formats (social media, website, internal use) with strong pacing, storytelling, and attention to emotional tone.
  • Deliver same-day or next-day highlight reels for key hospital or community events.
  • Ensure all content adheres to privacy, consent, and cultural sensitivity standards.

Graphic Design

  • Design engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital screens.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual and multimedia materials.
  • Support other marketing design needs as assigned.

Content Planning & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize storyboards and scripts aligned with hospital branding.
  • Assist in developing campaign visuals and motion graphics that support awareness and education goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical and administrative teams to capture accurate, inspiring stories.

Travel & On-Call Coverage

  • Be available for short-notice assignments such as executive meetings, conferences, or community events.
  • Travel domestically or internationally with hospital executives as needed for filming.

Equipment & File Management

  • Maintain and organize video equipment, lighting, and sound gear.
  • Manage footage archives, ensuring all files are labeled, backed up, and compliant with hospital data protection policies.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Videography, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

2–3 years of professional experience in videography and editing, with at least 2 year of hands-on production experience and a minimum of 2 years in design-related tasks. Experience in healthcare or nonprofit settings is a plus.
