Job Description Summary

The Associate Echocardiograph Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic tests using echocardiography equipment to help physicians diagnose heart problems in patients.

  • Participate in training and development to align with accreditation standards
  • Support quality improvement initiatives by accurately documenting procedures
  • Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment
  • Perform quality imaging Mmode
  • 2D and 3D Doppler Color Doppler
  • Understand cardiac anatomy and physiology

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s Science degree in Non Invasive Cardiovascular Technology or related Health science degree

Professional Certifications Required

Must be Registered Cardiac Sonographer through The American Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or any other recognized credentialing body Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification for HealthCare workers

Years of Experience

No prior experience or 2 years of experience in an Adult echocardiography lab and Pediatric Echocardiography Lab

English:Advanced ; Arabic:Basic
