We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our Home Health Care and Wellness division in Dubai. Our organization is committed to providing exceptional in-home medical and wellness services, with strategic plans for continued development and regional expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development within the healthcare sector, particularly in home care or related services. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship management, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance the company’s market presence within the home health care industry.
• Market Research: Analyze emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions and recommend new services.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships that support business objectives and strengthen the organization’s market position.
• Collaborations: Identify potential collaboration opportunities with external stakeholders to expand service offerings and reach.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate promotional events, health awareness initiatives, and partnerships that align with business goals.
• Expansion Planning: Contribute to strategic plans for regional and international growth, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, partnership development, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
