We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Abu Dhabi

Are you a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment? We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO and play a key role in driving day-to-day operations at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the CEO’s right hand, managing calendars, meetings, and priorities
  • Coordinate high-level communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare impactful presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion
  • Manage travel arrangements, scheduling, and executive coordination
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the executive office

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives (C-level preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • European personality/presentation highly preferred
