General Practitioner- Arabic speaker

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Arabic-speaking General Practitioner with a valid DOH License to provide high-quality primary healthcare services. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, promote preventive healthcare, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with DOH standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations for patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform physical examinations and routine health assessments.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.
• Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide preventive healthcare, vaccinations, and health education.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and thyroid disorders.
• Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of practice.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control protocols, and clinical governance standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education activities.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Valid DOH License as a General Practitioner (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
