Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Sharjah. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. They will also contribute to workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires interaction with multiple departments to strengthen organizational culture and promote a positive workplace environment.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Skills in HR Operations and comprehensive knowledge of labor laws
• Experience in Employee Relations and creating a positive workplace culture
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
