Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant with UAE experience in the medical sector. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized candidate looking to grow in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions, journal entries, and invoices (TALLY ERP)
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial data
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts (AP/AR)
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain and organize financial records (digital & physical)
• Support internal & external audits
• Manage employee expenses and reimbursements
• Assist in payroll processing and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• UAE experience (Medical field preferred)
• Knowledge of TALLY ERP (Mandatory)
• Familiar with ERP software
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Accounting/HR software & QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication & teamwork skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Work Environment

• Office-based role
• May require overtime during audits/month-end
