The role involves accurate and timely data entry within our clinical laboratory systems, handling laboratory and insurance-related documentation, and ensuring all information is processed in compliance with regulatory and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Prior experience as a laboratory technician is required
• Experience handling insurance claims, approvals, and billing processes in a healthcare or laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
