Incubated at KACST's prestigious "The Garage" accelerator, we're on a mission to transform how families care for their elderly loved ones. We're seeking an ambitious Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to join our founding team and drive our go-to-market strategy.

Role Description

This is a  paid internship

 with a  guaranteed full-time position

 for exceptional performers. You'll be at the forefront of our commercial operations, managing our entire digital presence from e-commerce to social media, while building our brand from the ground up. It is a on-site role located in Riyadh. The specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and enhance the app’s reach and engagement. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve e-commerce strategies, maintaining customer engagement via digital channels, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered. Additionally, the specialist will work to drive sales and meet performance targets.

Core Responsibilities

E-commerce Management (40%)

• Full ownership of our Salla store operations
• Product listing optimization with SEO-focused descriptions
• Inventory tracking and coordination with fulfillment partners
• Payment gateway management and troubleshooting
• A/B testing for conversion rate optimization
• Weekly sales reporting and analytics
• Customer service integration and review management

Digital Marketing Campaigns (30%)

• Design and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads campaigns
• Create compelling ad copy and visual assets using Canva/Adobe tools
• Manage monthly ad budgets (SAR 10,000-50,000)
• Implement pixel tracking and conversion optimization
• Develop retargeting strategies for abandoned carts
• Generate weekly ROAS reports and campaign insights

Social Media & Content Creation (20%)

• Design and publish daily content across Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Create engaging visual content (static posts, reels, stories)
• Write compelling Arabic and English captions
• Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns

Strategic Planning (10%)

• Develop quarterly marketing strategies with measurable KPIs
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Identify new growth channels and partnership opportunities
• Present monthly performance reviews to leadership
• Contribute to product development based on customer insights

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven e-commerce experience  (Salla, Zid, Shopify, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong copywriting skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
• Data-driven mindset with Google Analytics experience
• Portfolio demonstrating previous campaign successes

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are welcome

• Work Schedule:  Sunday-Thursday, 10 AM - 5 PM (on-site required)
• Metro Access:  Office is 1-minute walk from KACST Metro Station
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute daily to Riyadh
• Parking available for those driving
