Marketing Manager - Hail

Job Purpose

To develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance the hospital’s brand image, attract new patients, and strengthen relationships with existing patients and the medical community. The Marketing Manager will ensure alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with healthcare marketing standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Planning

• Develop and execute the hospital’s annual marketing and communications plan.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Align marketing strategies with hospital objectives and overall business goals.

2. Branding & Awareness

• Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand image for the hospital.
• Manage campaigns to promote hospital services, departments, and specialists.
• Oversee content development for digital, print, and outdoor advertising.

3. Digital Marketing & Communications

• Manage online presence including website, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Track and analyze online engagement, patient feedback, and digital lead generation.

4. Patient Engagement & Experience Marketing

• Design and execute patient engagement campaigns to increase loyalty and retention.
• Organize community outreach and health awareness programs.
• Coordinate PR activities, events, and hospital open days.

5. Internal & External Communications

• Collaborate with doctors, heads of departments, and administration to promote key services.
• Develop internal communications materials to ensure staff awareness of hospital initiatives.
• Manage media relations and ensure consistent messaging in press releases.

6. Budgeting & Reporting

• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Track ROI of campaigns and prepare regular performance reports.
• Ensure cost-effective marketing activities within approved budgets.
