Key Responsibilities:

Edit and proofread transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and medical terminology.

Use transcription software and electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare data privacy regulations.

Communicate with healthcare staff to clarify unclear dictations when necessary.
