General Practitioner (GP) – Industrial Clinic | Ras Al Khaimah

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join our industrial clinic in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a high volume of patients efficiently while delivering quality medical care in an occupational health setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services to employees at industrial site clinics.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Manage a high daily patient volume while maintaining clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Utilize EMR systems effectively for consultations, prescriptions, referrals, and reporting.
• Handle insurance-related documentation, approvals, and claim requirements in accordance with payer guidelines.
• Coordinate with employers, healthcare providers, insurance providers, and specialists as needed.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid MOH License as a General Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working in industrial, occupational health, or site clinics is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage a large patient volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of UAE medical insurance processes, pre-authorizations, approvals, and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with ICD coding and insurance compliance standards is preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
