Registered Family Medicine Physician

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Family Medicine Physician to join our clinical team. This role focuses on the long-term management of respiratory health, sleep disorders, and home-based therapy. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clinical diagnosis and sustainable patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Patient Management: Proactively follow up and manage treatment plans for patients diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and related sleep disorders.
• Therapeutic Oversight: Monitor, titrate, and support patients undergoing Oxygen Therapy and Ventilator Therapy (CPAP/BiPAP), ensuring device compliance and efficacy.
• Clinical Compliance: Lead efforts to maintain and exceed healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., CBAHI, JCI), ensuring all documentation is audit-ready.
• Patient Education: Conduct counseling sessions for patients regarding lifestyle modifications and the technical use of respiratory equipment.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with pulmonologists and sleep technicians to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a valid and active registration/professional classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a Resident, Registrar, or Senior Registrar in Family Medicine.
• Education: Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from an accredited institution.
• Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in managing chronic conditions; specific experience in sleep medicine or respiratory care is a major plus.
• Accreditation Savvy: Strong knowledge of local and international healthcare quality standards (e.g., CBAHI requirements ).
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage) and the ability to manage patient data with high accuracy.
