Sales Executive (Native German Speaker)

EMS Air Ambulance is an international leader in medical repatriation and air ambulance services, coordinating complex patient transfers across more than 210 countries and territories. With offices in London, Dubai, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and New York, we work closely with hospitals, insurance companies, assistance companies, governments and private clients to provide safe, efficient and compassionate medical transportation worldwide.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Native German Speaker to join our Dubai headquarters.

About the Role

This is not a traditional sales role. Every enquiry represents a patient or family facing a medical emergency, making empathy, professionalism and the ability to perform under pressure essential.

You will manage enquiries from German and English speaking clients throughout Europe, prepare quotations, coordinate with our medical and operations teams, and guide clients through the complete repatriation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build trust with clients, insurance companies and international partners.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and invoices using our CRM system.
• Follow up on all quotations and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Coordinate closely with our medical, operations and finance departments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every case.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate repeat business.

What We're Looking For

• Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• A natural salesperson with a proven ability to close high value sales and build trust with clients.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and objection handling skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales, medical assistance, insurance, healthcare, aviation or another high value service industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations.
• Highly organized and multitasking with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
• Experience within medical assistance, travel insurance, air ambulance or healthcare is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Based in Dubai.
• Flexible to work on weekends and different shifts
• Weekend rotation may be required.
