Senior Nurse - for Home Health in Northern Emirates

Role Description The Senior Nurse for Home Health in Northern Emirates is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, overseeing the delivery of high-quality home health services to patients across the Northern Emirates. This role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, planning and coordinating individualized home care plans, and providing direct clinical care, including wound care management and ongoing monitoring of patient conditions. The Senior Nurse will supervise and mentor home health nursing staff, ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Daily responsibilities also include documenting care, managing follow-up visits, educating patients and families on treatment plans and self-care, and supporting continuous improvement of home health services.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical expertise in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to manage complex home health cases.
• Proficiency in Home Care and Patient Care, including assessment, care planning, and coordination of services in the home setting.
• Demonstrated competence in Wound Care, including advanced wound assessment, dressing selection, and infection prevention.
• Valid nursing license and eligibility to practice in the United Arab Emirates; bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Several years of experience in home health, community nursing, or acute care with progressive responsibility.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, including mentoring junior staff and managing caseloads efficiently.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development.
