EMS Assistance specialises in global medical repatriation services for private individuals and companies. We organise bed-to-bed transfers via ambulance flights, commercial airline medical escorts, private jets with medical teams, and ground ambulance services worldwide. We are looking for experienced professionals who will take the lead in handling sales enquiries and also serve as team leads during their working shifts.

Your role

• You will be reporting to your supervisor and the Director of Operations
• Handle incoming enquiries from private and corporate clients across the globe
• Prepare and follow up on quotes; guide clients through the decision-making process
• Take charge of every sales conversation and confidently guide it to a conclusion
• Respond to clients immediately and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Lead and support the team during your shifts
• Contribute to improving internal processes and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with clients in multiple languages, focusing on French, German, Spanish, or Dutch markets.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Diploma graduate, a Master's is an added advantage
• You speak fluent English (native level is a strong plus)
• You are a native speaker of French, German, Spanish, or Dutch
• You have experience in international sales and leading or coordinating teams
• You are a strong multitasker who thrives under pressure and can prioritise effectively
• You naturally take initiative and maintain control over the sales process
• You are open to flexible shifts
