Spa Supervisor – Operations

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Spa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Spa & Slimming Lounge in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong operational, customer service, and team supervision skills within the spa, wellness, slimming, or beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily spa and slimming lounge operations
• Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and daily assignments
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth client flow
• Monitor bookings, treatment rooms, and operational efficiency
• Handle client concerns and maintain high service standards
• Support management in achieving sales and operational targets
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the facility
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, and inventory usage
• Assist in staff training and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE health regulations
• Coordinate with reception, therapists, and management to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker is mandatory
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in spa, wellness, slimming, or beauty industry
• Previous experience as Spa Supervisor, Spa Reception Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• English proficiency required
• Experience with booking systems or CRM software is an advantage
