Job Title: Registration Officer – Training Center

Location: Dubai (Preference for candidates living near Deira City Centre - DCC)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registration Officer to join our training center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student registrations, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth administrative operations in compliance with UAE regulations.

Main Requirement

* CAVA certificate level 3 ( assessor)

* Quality assurance. Certificate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage student registration processes efficiently
• Handle walk-in and online inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Coordinate with trainers and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and training center policies
• Provide excellent customer service to students and clients

Requirements

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar role (training center or educational institute preferred)

• Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and UAE regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and database systems
• Preference for candidates residing near Deira
