Job Purpose
To oversee and coordinate the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and warehouse operations by ensuring accurate receiving, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods. The role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse space utilization, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. The Warehouse Coordinator supports seamless supply chain activities by facilitating effective communication, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely fulfillment of operational requirements while maintaining an organized, secure, and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Accountabilities
Operational
- Coordinate inbound and outbound pharmaceutical operations by liaising with suppliers, Sales, Planning, Quality, Inbound logistics and Transportation teams to ensure the timely receipt, transfer, and distribution of products while promptly resolving operational issues.
- Execute and monitor SAP S/4HANA warehouse transactions, including Goods Receipts (GRNs), Stock Transfer Orders (STOs), and stock adjustments, ensuring transaction accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with operational KPIs.
- Manage inter-warehouse and branch stock transfers by coordinating product movements, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely and compliant delivery across the distribution network.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, batch and expiry verification, system updates, and adherence to SAP WM processes and inventory control standards.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and regulatory requirements, including the segregation, control, and disposition of quarantined, damaged, returned, and expired products.
- Prepare and maintain operational records, inventory reports, and transaction documentation, ensuring accurate filing, audit readiness, and timely submission of management reports.
- Support warehouse performance and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating effectively with warehouse personnel and cross-functional stakeholders, promoting operational excellence, compliance, and workplace safety while performing additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing, or a related field
Minimum Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
Skills
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP WM/MM.
