About Us: MVR Diagnostic Clinic LLC is a premier radiology center located in Dubai, offering advanced diagnostic imaging services including MRI, CT scans, Mammography, and Ultrasound (USG). We are currently looking for a dynamic Accountant cum HR Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting, Finance and Compliance

  • Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts including day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, accruals, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Independently handle VAT compliance including classification, reconciliation, filing, and responding to FTA queries.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, WPS payroll coordination, and cash flow planning.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and payment scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations including cheque management and banking documentation.
  • Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, insurance companies, and other external parties.
  • Create and control invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
  • Monitor inventory, asset registers, and operational costs.

Vendor Management and Contracts

  • Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and payment terms.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in the best interest of the company.
  • Draft, review, track, and manage contracts, MOUs, and service agreements.
  • Ensure timely renewals and compliance of all contracts and service providers.

HR, Staff Management and Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage complete HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Prepare and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate all regulatory and licensing activities with DHA, MOH, Municipality, and other relevant authorities.
  • Handle clinic license renewals, staff licensing, approvals, and evaluations with DHA and MOH.
  • Manage Ejari registration and renewals and ensure tenancy compliance.
  • Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID, labor approvals, and government submissions through PROs.
  • Track and ensure timely renewal of licenses, visas, insurances, and regulatory approvals.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external authorities.

Administrative and Managerial Support

  • Support management with financial insights, operational reports, and compliance updates.
  • Monitor staff-related costs and manpower planning.
  • Ensure internal controls, approval processes, and documentation standards are followed.
  • Handle additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in accounting with strong exposure to HR and compliance.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, VAT laws, and UAE labor regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
  • Proven experience in healthcare, clinic, or diagnostic center is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Languages: English required. Hindi or Arabic preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary

AED 3,500 to 4,500 per month
Salary will be based on experience and competency.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
