Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and excellent service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in day-to-day operations of the centre.
  • Handle client inquiries (walk-in, phone, or email) promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update documentation, records, and internal filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of visa medical applications.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and data entries efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and follow-up communications with clients.
  • Support management in documentation required for Government or EHS-related submissions.
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards in all administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience preferably in a service-oriented organization.
  • Experience in EHS (Emirates Health Services) or other government-affiliated centres is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or Urdu is a plus).
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM familiarity).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
