Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance at Canadian Medical Center, located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for managing financial operations, assisting in budget preparation, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting decision-making processes through financial analysis. This role requires collaboration with different departments and ensures that all financial activities align with organizational goals and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance frameworks
• Skills in financial analysis, accounting, and cost management
• Proficiency in financial software, data management, and tools used for financial modeling
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare sector or knowledge of medical finance is beneficial
