Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? If so, we want you to join our team as a Call Center Agent! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, inquiries, insurance questions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our patients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm dental appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded
- Assist with insurance verification and provide information on coverage options
- Address billing inquiries, process payments, and explain billing procedures
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Provide support to dental staff by relaying important patient information
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up tasks
- Stay up-to-date on dental services, procedures, and insurance requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Arabic & English speaker
- Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor
- Proficient in using customer service software and office management tools
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- College Diploma
