Call Center Executive – Aesthetic Department

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our Aesthetic Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent communication and coordination.
Requirements
Previous experience in a call center or healthcare/aesthetic clinic is preferred
Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is an advantage)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
