Job Description:
Pet Well Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly and organized Female Assistant & Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while assisting the veterinary team with daily clinic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage appointments at the reception
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
• Handle billing, invoices, and basic cashier duties
• Assist veterinarians during consultations and basic procedures
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain clinic cleanliness
• Manage medical files and clinic records
• Support the team with general clinic operations

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, clinic systems)
• Friendly with pets and comfortable working with animals
• Ability to multitask between reception and assistant duties
• Previous experience in a clinic, veterinary clinic, or customer service is a plus
