Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of UAE healthcare regulations, and a proven ability to manage clinical and administrative operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and support clinical, administrative, and support staff, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate physician schedules and optimize staff allocation to meet operational needs.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, medical records, billing, and front office operations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, control operational expenses, and achieve financial targets.
• Analyze operational and financial reports, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure inventory control, procurement, and maintenance of medical and office supplies.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, staff performance evaluations, and employee development.
• Coordinate with insurance providers regarding approvals, claims processes, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention, health and safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Resolve patient concerns and operational issues professionally and promptly.
• Prepare management reports and present operational updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Clinic Manager in the UAE healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hospital/Clinic Management Systems (EMR/HIS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in multi-specialty clinics.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, revenue cycle management, and healthcare quality standards.
