Operation Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and administrative excellence. This role manages staff, budgets, compliance, and operational performance while supporting physicians and healthcare providers in delivering exceptional medical services.

Responsibilities

  1. Operational Management
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor patient flow and reduce wait times
  • Ensure optimal utilization of clinic resources
  1. Staff Management
  • Supervise administrative and clinical support staff
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate employees
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment
  1. Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage clinic budgets
  • Monitor expenses and control operational costs
  • Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and revenue cycle
  • Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving strategies
  1. Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage risk and ensure patient safety protocols
  1. Patient Experience
  • Address patient complaints and concerns
  • Monitor patient satisfaction metrics
  • Improve customer service standards
  1. Strategic Planning
  • Support clinic growth initiatives
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with senior management on long-term planning

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of healthcare operations or clinic management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, and healthcare regulations
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
