Job Description

We are seeking an organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical and dental clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth clinic functioning, high patient satisfaction, staff compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow

Supervise front desk, nursing, and support staff

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies

Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring

Oversee patient flow, appointments,inquires ,and service quality

Coordinate with doctors and management for operational efficiency

Manage inventory, suppliers, and clinic resources

Handle patient complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly

Prepare reports and support management with administrative tasks

Boost clinic sales.

Requirements

General dentist (preferably)

Background in medical or dental clinic operations is mandatory

Strong leadership and staff management skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
