Clinic Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinic Supervisor to join our healthcare team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in clinic or medical center supervision within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of DOH regulations, policies, and healthcare standards.
• Experience in handling clinic operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and patient flow management.
• Knowledge of quality standards, KPI monitoring, and healthcare compliance is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily clinic operations efficiently.
• Preferred candidates who are available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with DOH requirements, policies, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative departments.
• Handle patient concerns and support high-quality patient care services.
• Assist management during audits, inspections, and quality improvement activities.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor clinic KPIs.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
