Clinic/Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the aesthetics, beauty, dermatology, or healthcare industry, with a strong track record in sales achievement, revenue growth, team management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations and performance of the clinic.
• Drive clinic sales and ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and productivity of the clinic team.
• Lead, motivate, and coach front desk, therapists, nurses, and support staff to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and high standards of customer service.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, clinic workflow, and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
• Prepare regular performance, sales, and operational reports for management.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of Clinic Management experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, beauty, or healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement growth strategies.
• Experience in managing clinic operations, budgets, and profitability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and clinic management systems.
