Clinic Supervisor

JOB TITLE: CLINIC SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor to join our team in a leading medical and aesthetic center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare supervisory role
• Experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and patient handling abilities
• Good knowledge of clinic operations and service quality standards
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage reception and patient service standards
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when needed
• Ensure high level of patient satisfaction and handle complaints
• Coordinate with doctors and management to improve clinic efficiency
• Support marketing and sales targets within the clinic
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
