Coordinator - Medical Maintenance (UAE Nationals)

Areas of Responsibility

• Prepare and manage email correspondence and other written communications.
• Receive and assign CMMS internal and external calls.
• Generate and distribute the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule and task via CAFM system to Engineers and Technicians.
• Create and manage CM and PPM requests and assign tasks to Engineers and Technicians.
• Send notifications for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to suppliers via email, covering under-warranty, loan basis, and subcontracted medical equipment.
• Prepare and submit weekly CM and PPM pending reports, as well as monthly financial and technical reports.
• Handle and prepare petty cash reports.
• Process subcontract invoices for approval, updating the Subcontract Invoice Tracker accordingly.
• Monitor and update the medical equipment inventory in the CAFM system.
• Upload relevant documents to the CAFM system and maintain organized documentation for all medical equipment.
• Prepare and manage contract agreements for subcontracted machinery and track subcontract machine status.
• Provide support to Engineers and Technicians on CAFM-related issues and maintain records for PR, LPO, spare parts, and provisional sums (SEHA).
• Track and manage spare parts requests and CAFM store inventory.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organized, and systematic work environment, including scanning, photocopying, and organizing files.
• Any additional tasks or responsibilities related to the role may be requested by the line manager as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in biomedical engineering / Biomedical Technology, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of relevant Experience in administrative and technical coordination role.
• Knowledge on Medical Equipment Maintenance.
