Lumiere Group LLC is looking for a Doctor Coordinator to join our team!
Locations Available:
- 1 position available in Al Ain
- 1 position available in Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments, confirmations & follow-ups
- Manage doctor schedules & ensure smooth clinic flow
- Welcome patients & support them through their clinic journey
- Handle patient records, reports & documentation accurately
- Communicate between doctors, therapists & branch operations
- Follow up on patient feedback & satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in clinics or medical field is MUST
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Very Good English
Work Location: In person
