Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Facial Therapist with a valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) license to join our aesthetic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing advanced facial treatments while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional facial treatments including deep cleansing, hydrafacial, anti-aging, acne, pigmentation, and skin rejuvenation treatments
  • Conduct skin analysis and consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
  • Operate aesthetic equipment safely (e.g., Hydrafacial machines, RF, microdermabrasion, LED therapy)
  • Ensure strict adherence to DOH regulations, infection control, and clinic protocols
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment sterilization, and client records
  • Educate clients on after-care, skincare routines, and product usage
  • Upsell treatments and skincare products in a professional manner
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and clinic management
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat clientele

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid DOH Facial Therapist / Beauty Therapist License (Mandatory)
  • Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy / Aesthetics / Skincare
  • Minimum 3**–5 years of experience** as a facial therapist (medical or aesthetic clinic preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, facial treatments, and aesthetic devices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
