Sidra Home Healthcare is seeking a qualified and organized Operations Executive to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, caregivers, and the administrative team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily homecare operations.
- Coordinate patient schedules and assignments.
- Maintain and update data using Google Sheets and other computer tools.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in administrative tasks and operational planning.
- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or healthcare administration (homecare experience preferred).
- Proficient in Google Sheets and general computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
Salary will be AED 3000 to AED 3500
