Home Healthcare Manager

Job Objective

Manage various supervisory activities of employees, patient and caregiver visits, and communicates with staffing coordinator regarding scheduling of patient care, maintenance of patient and employee records and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Monitor performance against targets, identifying risks and driving corrective actions
• Promote and implement person-centered care initiatives

KPI & Revenue Management

• Drive achievement of revenue targets and service utilization
• Monitor key KPIs including patient volume, visits, productivity, and satisfaction
• Implement strategies to improve operational and financial performance

Patient Experience & Care Delivery

• Ensure delivery of compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care
• Oversee patient journey from referral to service delivery and follow-up
• Manage patient feedback, concerns, and service quality improvements

Team & Resource Management

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning in coordination with HR
• Optimize staff productivity and resource utilization
• Support training, development, and continuous education initiatives

Process, Compliance & Quality

• Implement and enhance policies, SOPs, and workflows
• Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and internal standards
• Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and quality

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal departments including Medical, Nursing, RCM, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance
• Build strong relationships to ensure seamless service delivery

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and present regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Track KPIs, identify gaps, and implement action plan
