Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding process for new hires including document collection, medical and license verification, and induction.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Assist in processing payroll data and coordinating with finance for WPS compliance.
- Provide support in employee relations, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Assist with healthcare authority requirements (DHA/DCAS) related to staff licensing and renewals.
- Support HR team in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle routine employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the home care sector and experience in on-call coordination.
- 2–3 years of HR experience in the healthcare sector (home care, hospitals, clinics, or EMS).
- Basic knowledge of UAE Labor Law and healthcare authority processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
