Your role

• Arrange travel and complete related expense reports.
• Handling other administrative requests and queries.
• Global coordination within teams.
• Process and manage purchase orders.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Your expertise

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration – Finance/Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, very good time management and prioritization skills.
