Warehouse & Inventory Manager

(Pharmacy / Healthcare Background Mandatory)

We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager with a strong background in healthcare or pharmacy distribution. This is a critical operational role responsible for overseeing medical inventory, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, and maintaining accurate stock control across all product categories.

Only candidates with proven healthcare inventory management experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for medical products, devices, skincare, and supplements
  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and internal SOPs
  • Manage batch tracking and expiry monitoring using FEFO (First Expiry First Out) methodology
  • Conduct regular stock reconciliation, audits, and variance reporting
  • Monitor stock movement, consumption patterns, and re-order levels
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams
  • Handle supplier coordination for deliveries and returns
  • Ensure proper storage conditions as per healthcare standards
  • Lead warehouse staff and ensure operational discipline
  • Prepare inventory and compliance reports for management review

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy distribution inventory management
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Batch tracking systems
  • Expiry management (FEFO)
  • Stock reconciliation & audit controls
  • ERP systems (healthcare-related preferred)
  • UAE healthcare compliance regulations
  • Experience handling:
  • Medical devices
  • Skincare products
  • Nutritional supplements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Experience in hospital, medical center, or pharmacy chain environment
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail and operational accountabili

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
