Job Duties:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Support bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring across international accounts.
• Help prepare financial reports and statements in compliance with international accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and compliance with local regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with international offices to ensure accurate and timely financial data consolidation.
• Assist with audits and tax filings as required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to international finance.
• Basic understanding of international accounting standards.
• Proficient in Google sheets or MS Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
