Medical Center Manager Required

A well-established medical center in Al Ain is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Center Manager to oversee and lead the operations of the facility. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in medical marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full supervision and daily management of the medical center.

• Leading the administrative and medical teams to ensure optimal performance and high-quality service.

• Coordinating with insurance companies, laboratories, and suppliers.

• Monitoring financial and administrative reports and achieving operational targets.

• Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

• Developing and implementing marketing plans to attract patients and enhance the center’s reputation.

• Establishing medical partnerships with companies and factories in the region.

Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in Business Administration or Healthcare Management).

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing a medical center or clinic.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proven experience in medical marketing and fieldwork.

• Proficiency in dealing with medical insurance systems and clinic management software.
